1.Steel truss design must abide by seven principles! First, high altitude assembly method
Steel structure trusses are installed within the air by assembling method, which is to put in the assembling bracket at the look position first, and so use Grus to hold the parts (or blocks) of the grid members to the planning position within the air, and assemble on the bracket. This method sometimes doesn't need large lifting equipment, but the number of assembling support, high altitude work. Therefore, it's more suitable for high-strength bolted steel network frame fabricated from section steel or steel tube network frame made from bolt-ball joint, and there are still some steel network frame construction with this method.
2, the installation method
The integral installation method is to assemble the steel structure truss as a full on the bottom, then lift it to the planning position to mend it with lifting equipment. This construction method doesn't need tall assembling bracket, less aerial work, easy to make sure the welding quality, but the requirement for big lifting equipment, technology is more complex. Therefore, this method is suitable for the steel grid with spherical joints (especially the three-way grid with many rods). per the various equipment used, the installation method is split into multi-machine lifting method, rod lifting method, jack lifting method and jacking method.
3.High altitude slip method
In recent years, high-altitude parallel sliding method is employed within the construction of grid roof, which is very suitable for cinema, theatre, auditorium and other projects. during this construction method, the grid frame is generally assembled on the roof of the front hall of the building (or on the grandstand of the audience hall). When the primary assembly unit (or the primary section) is assembled, it falls to the sliding track and slides forward a particular distance with traction equipment. Then assemble the second unit (or the second section) on the assembly platform, and slip forward along with the primary unit (or the primary section) after assembling. during this way, assemble and slide forward until the full network is assembled and slips to the position.
