Steps for acceptance of steel structure workshop

Nowadays, the utilization rate of steel structure workshop is very high. After the completion of steel structure plant, how to carry out the construction acceptance of steel structure plant will not avoid leakage? The construction specification of steel structure workshop needs to be carried out in strict accordance with the standard, and we should not take it lightly in the final acceptance process. Reasonable inspection should be carried out in accordance with each step.

1, we first in the beginning to strictly control the construction load of the roof, floor and platform, to avoid exceeding the bearing capacity of beams, trusses, floor and roof board. When the space unit is formed, the gap between column bottom plate and foundation top surface should be poured with fine stone concrete and grouting in time.

2, positioning axis, foundation axis and elevation, anchor bolts and some other fasteners specifications need to meet the design requirements. The allowable deviation of the elevation of the foundation support surface is 3mm. The deviation of anchor bolt center is 5mm, and the allowable deviation of reserved hole center is 10mm. The allowable deviation of exposed thread length of anchor bolt is 0-30mm, and the allowable deviation of thread length is 0-30mm.

3. According to the acceptance code of steel structure workshop, the contact surface shall not be less than 70% of the tight joint and the edge seam distance shall not be greater than 0.8mm.

4, timely check the verticality of steel frame, truss and compression members and the allowable deviation of lateral bending vector height, check the verticality and horizontal displacement deviation of steel column. The allowable deviation of lifting beam and column's reference point elevation should be controlled between 3 and 5. No crane beam column reference point allowable deviation is controlled within 5~8; For single-layer column: when the overall column axial perpendicularity is less than or equal to 10m, the allowable deviation is H/1000; On the other hand, when > 10m, the allowable deviation is H/1000; For multi-section columns, the allowable deviation is H/1000 and < 10mm.

5. The perpendicularity deviation of the crane beam of the steel structure workshop can be within 1% of the overall crane height, and the allowable deviation of the transverse bending vector height is within L/1500.

6. After the initial steel frame is installed and in place, wind rope, winch and other tools should be used to ensure its stability. After the in-line steel frame is fully installed and corrected, it is necessary to install the support system in time, including inter-column bracing, rigid tie rods, roof horizontal bracing, if possible, we can also install roof purlins, so as to become more stable.

7, check the connection of the roof pole, the connection of the oblique pole, the straight support sleeve at the oblique pole, check whether the connection of the wall support, the oblique support and the straight support sleeve is installed. If there are struts, check the connection and number of steel struts.

8. Check the connection position and number of horizontal support, rigid rod and column support in time.
