The copper-base alloy with aluminum as the main alloying element is aluminum bronze containing iron and manganese, belonging to high strength heat resistant bronze.Aluminum bronze can be strengthened by heat treatment, its strength is higher than tin bronze, and its resistance to high temperature oxidation is better.
 

 

 

 

On the base of copper zinc alloy, add silicon brass. It has high corrosion resistance in air and sea water, and the ability of stress corrosion cracking is higher than that of general brass. Silicon content is generally less than 4%.
 
Commonly used silicon brass can bear thermal pressure processing, excellent corrosion resistance, soft tensile strength is 300MPa, elongation is 58%, suitable for the production of ship parts, steam pipes and water pipe fittings

The silicon brass alloy must not contain more than 0.01% lead, otherwise it will damage the thermoplasticity, especially the hot forging properties. 65Cu-31.5Zn-1.5Si-Pb is silicon brass containing lead, which has high machinability, antifriction and corrosion resistance. It is mainly used as a substitute for wear-resistant tin bronze.
 
Start from raw materials, reduce the harm of lead at the source, add trace element silicon (Si) which is beneficial to human health absorption in brass, accurate ratio, so that the two materials form a gold combination
