Industrial flue systems

A flue, a hole in a chimney that sends flame and smoke to the outside space. The flue is a pipe product used to remove the smoke produced by the cooking activities in the kitchen or the turbid air in the bathroom. Also known as exhaust duct, ventilation duct, residential exhaust duct. The residential flue is the main component of the shared exhaust duct system of the residential kitchen and bathroom.
It can effectively solve the problems of gas eddy current, air curtain block, smoke backflow and smoke odor, which can meet the needs of residential engineering construction, and has the functions of preventing smoke, backflow, fire resistance and fire resistance.

1.During the construction of the main structure, according to the position of the design drawings, the holes for the ventilation flue are reserved, and the size of the holes should be 50-80mm larger than the outer dimensions of the components. The steel bars in the reserved holes should also be reserved at the same time.
2.Before installation, according to the size of the ventilation flue, hang the vertical line from the top hole to ensure the verticality of the flue during installation.
3.When installing the first floor, first use 1:2 cement mortar to level the ground. After the first section of the pipe seat is grouted, pour C20 concrete with a height of about 40cm in the pipe; after the concrete is finally set, the upper ventilation flue is installed.
4.First, the lower mouth of the connecting piece should be slurried at the mouth of the lower flue baffle, and its four sides should also be sealed with the slurries. The ventilation flue shall be treated as a layered support. Construction method: After the upper and lower pipes are aligned with the slurry, the interface of the upper and lower ventilation flues is generally located at the floor. Therefore, Ф12 steel bars are welded at the pre-embedded steel plates at the root of the pipes and welded with the reserved steel bars in the holes, and are supported on the base of the floor.

5.The joint surfaces of the upper and lower sections of the ventilation flue are covered with polymer cement slurry (108 glue: cement = 6:1); the joint between the ventilation flue and the floor should be chiseled in advance. Micro-expanded concrete filling.
6.The concrete surface at the joint should be about 3cm lower than the floor. After filling the concrete, store water on the concrete surface for curing.

7.After cleaning the foot of the ventilation flue, make two times of 2mm thick 851 polyurethane waterproof coating with a height of 20cm; or smash a reinforced concrete water-blocking base surface around the foot of the ventilation flue, 1:2.5 cement mortar, swirl, calender, and block The water-based surface plastering should be completed before the cement sand finishing layer on the floor. The steel bars need to be reserved when the fine stone concrete is sealed.

8.Before plastering or decoration, nets should be hung around the ventilation flue.

9.The joint surface of the ventilation flue between the two floors shall be covered with polymer cement slurry on the joint surface of the upper and lower sections of the ventilation flue, and then the exposed part of the joint shall be covered with galvanized steel wire mesh, and the upper and lower pipes shall be pre-buried with Φ6 steel bars. Steel plate welding.
10.After the ventilation flue is installed on the roof, the anti-backflow hood required by different series of products should be installed according to the design requirements.
