Description
Description

Grid steel structure workshop is a network structure composed of many pole frames. It is a high-order statically indeterminate space structure. The grid structure can be divided into two types: plane grid and curved grid. Plane grids are used more, and their advantages are: space force system, rods mainly bear axial force, reasonable force, good overall performance of material saving, high rigidity, and good seismic performance. There are few types of rods, which are suitable for industrial production.

The plane grid can be divided into two types: cross truss system and pyramid system. The force of the pyramid system is more reasonable and the stiffness is greater. The ratio of the height to the short span of the grid is generally about 1/15. The grid members generally use steel pipes, and the nodes generally use ball nodes.

Steel structure workshop mainly refers to the main load-bearing components are composed of steel. Including steel columns, steel beams, steel structure foundations, steel roof trusses (of course, the span of the workshop is relatively large, and basically all are steel structure roof trusses now), steel roofs, and note that the walls of steel structures can also be enclosed by brick walls. Due to the increase in steel production in my country, many new workshops have begun to use steel structure workshops, which can be divided into light and heavy steel structure workshops. Industrial and civil buildings constructed with steel are called steel structures.

1.MULTIPLE
It can be applied to factories, warehouses, office buildings, gymnasiums, hangars, etc. It is not only suitable for single-storey long-span buildings, but also for the construction of multi-storey or high-rise buildings.

2.REASONABLECOST

The steel structure building has light weight, reduces the basic cost, and the construction speed is fast.

3.DURABLE

General-purpose computer-designed steel structures are weather-resistant and require minimal maintenance.

4.BEAUTIFUL ANDPRACTICAL
The lines of the steel structure building are simple and smooth, with a modern feel. Coloured wall panels are available in a variety of colours, and other materials are also available for the walls, allowing for greater flexibility.

5.SIMPLE

All components are prefabricated in the factory, and only simple assembly is required on site, which greatly shortens the construction period. A building of 6,000 square meters can be basically installed in just 40 days.
