In addition, the mechanism of C influence is that the steel base participates in a severe reaction, resulting in thickening of Fe-zn alloy layer and poor adhesion of zinc layer. According to the meshing principle, increasing the surface roughness of the round plate can improve the adhesion of zinc layer, but in fact, because of the roughness of the substrate surface of the steel lattice plate, it also creates favorable conditions for rolling oil, grease and iron powder residue. It is not conducive to improving the adhesion of zinc layer, and even has the tendency to deteriorate. The galvanized time of hot-dip galvanized steel lattice plate should be understood as that after the matrix of the steel lattice plate enters the zinc liquid and leaves the liquid level, the coating cools to the point that Fe and zn atoms cannot be diffused over long distances. In the process of galvanizing, in order to prevent further diffusion reaction of Fe-Zn in the coating and ensure the zinc difference and uniformity of the Fe2Al5 intermediate layer, the coating should be cooled as soon as possible so that Fe and zn atoms lose their diffusion ability as soon as possible.
