The method of deformation correction in steel structure processing

Let's briefly introduce the deformation treatment of steel structure. In the process of steel structure processing, there are three commonly used correction methods: mechanical correction, flame correction and comprehensive correction, among which flame correction is the most difficult one. If the control is not good, the temperature control is not good, there will be secondary deformation. Therefore, before the use of flame correction, it is necessary to have enough combat experience.

Flame correction method is for low carbon steel structural components, the temperature of the correction is divided into low temperature, medium temperature, high temperature, low temperature is 500-600 degrees, medium temperature is 600-700 degrees, high temperature is 700-800 degrees, low temperature is water, medium temperature air and water, temperature to use air to cool, the temperature can not be too high, otherwise it will lead to metal brittle, Impact toughness is affected. The H-shaped steel column, beam and support Angle should be corrected, and longitudinal linear heating should be carried out on the flange plate. The heating temperature should not be higher than 650℃, and the heating area of the two welded pipes should not be exceeded. Therefore, water cooling should be avoided.

The flange faces the longitudinal weld, and the bending and deformation can be corrected by linear heating from the middle to the end. In order to avoid bending and distortion, it is necessary to remember that the two heating tubes should be carried out at the same time, and low or medium temperature can be used, which can reduce the internal stress of welding.

Using this method, the bending deformation of column, beam and support can be corrected, so that its width can not be greater than 2 times of the steel plate, the bottom of the triangle and the corresponding mesh heating width of the wing is equal, the heated triangle starts from the top, and then extends from the middle to both sides, layer after layer of heating, until the bottom of the triangle. When heating the mesh, the temperature should not be too high, so as not to cause deformation, difficult to repair.

Waveform deformation should first find out the prominent peak, using the dot method and manual hammer method for correction, usually, the diameter of the dot is 50-90 mm, and the thickness of the steel plate and the greater the corrugated area, should be increased. The oven starts from the wave peak to spiral motion, choose the medium temperature, at 600~700℃, put the hammer on the edge of the heating area, and then hit with a big hammer, so that the heated part is pressurized, so that it cools, contracts and becomes smooth. During calibration, excessive shrinkage should be avoided, and attention should be paid to temperature control during calibration.

If improper flame correction is used, it will cause the double effect of internal, internal, internal and load, so that the longitudinal stress of the column, beam and support exceeds the allowable value, thus leading to the decline of the safety performance of the structure. Therefore, when making steel structure, we must be careful, adopt reasonable technological measures, reduce deformation as far as possible, and try to use mechanical correction.
