Preparation of steel structure workshop installation

Before the installation of the steel structure workshop, we should do a good job of the preliminary work. For example, before lifting, installers should retest the components, and lifting can only be carried out on the premise that the components are not deformed and the installation size is correct. In addition, the installation personnel in confirming the foundation concrete strength to meet the requirements of the specification, but also should be embedded in the steel column foundation bolts or cup mouth test, if found the position of the foundation and elevation size deviation, it is necessary to make a record of this part, in order to adjust the position of the steel column.

In order to improve the installation accuracy of the overall steel structure workshop, it is best to choose the parts of the workshop with column support, tie rod and roof support to install first. After hoisting this part of the steel column, it is necessary to retest the axis and elevation of the steel column first. After correcting the deviation, it is necessary to temporarily stabilize the steel column with the cable wind rope, and then install the inter-column support, roof beam and inter-beam tie rod. This is the so-called rough installation. Before the roof beam is installed, it should be assembled on the ground first, and then hoisted after qualified measurement. After the beam is in place, connect it with high-strength bolts, and fix other parts with corresponding bolts, but all kinds of bolts should not be locked. After each component is fixed, the steel column axis and elevation are retested and corrected again, that is, fine tuning. The axis of the steel column should be retested in two directions. After passing the retest, tighten the bolts in each part in turn. The high-strength bolt should be initially screwed. In the tightening process, the axis of the steel column should be tracked dynamically. If the axis change exceeds the allowable value, it should be adjusted immediately. The whole tightening process should be from the beam-column contact, to the support and tie bar contact, and the two ends of the same part should be carried out at the same time by a symmetric method to reduce the unilateral cumulative error. This ensures that the steel columns are properly installed. If, during this process, it is found that the mounting part and the mounted part do not cooperate, the mounted part cannot be adjusted, but the mounting part or other remedial measures can be taken. For example, if the steel beam and the steel column do not match, the steel column cannot be adjusted, only the steel beam can be adjusted. In the whole process of rack installation, the correct installation of steel column is the necessary condition for the correct installation of everything else.
