Precautions for installation of high-speed waveform guardrail board

The installation of high-speed wave guardrail must be carried out under the premise of soil shoulder reinforcement, and set up in Bridges, channels and long-span culvert structures. In the installation process of the main engineering wave guardrail, the flange and anchor bolt should be treated first in the column installation. Make good construction preparation and detailed construction organization. Installation tools: piling tools, digging tools, tamping tools, pliers, hammers and theodolite, horizontal, tape and other measuring tools. In the construction of high-speed waveform guardrail, it is necessary to accurately master the information of various facilities, especially the accurate position of various pipelines in the subgrade. Underground facilities shall not be damaged during construction.

Column lofting: according to the design drawings of the column lofting, to bridge, channel, culvert, overpass and cross for ranging positioning control points. When measuring distance, put the unit in the lowest position. When setting out the column, the spacing can be adjusted by adjusting section, and the probability of spacing can be treated by distribution method. After setting out the posts, the underlying condition of each post position should be investigated. If the underground communication pipeline, drainage pipe, etc., or the depth of the buried soil in the culvert is insufficient, the position of some columns should be adjusted or the concrete foundation should be fixed.

Column installation: The column installation shall conform to the design drawings and be consistent with the road alignment. The piles should be firmly buried in the soil to reach the design depth and perpendicular to the road surface. In general sections, columns can be constructed by input method and should be accurately positioned during construction. When the entrance is too deep, part of the column should not be pulled out to correct it, but all must be pulled out and re-entered after the foundation has been compacted. When the penetration method cannot be used, the drilling construction technology can be used. If the filling height of the bridge and culvert structure cannot meet the penetration depth of the column, the concrete foundation should be fixed. After the struts are installed in place, the horizontal and vertical directions should form a smooth straight line. Uprights at the gradient section and end of the guardrail shall be installed according to the coordinates specified in the design. As the pavement is constructed in two stages, the height of high-speed waveform guardrail should be built and raised according to the reserved position of the column shown in the design drawing and the construction sequence of the first and second stages of the pavement.

Installation of high-speed waveform guardrail plate: high-speed waveform guardrail plate is splice with each other through splicing bolts, and is fixed on the column or beam by connecting bolts. The connecting bolts and splice bolts of the high-speed waveform guardrail plate should not be tightened prematurely, so that the long round hole of the wave beam can be adjusted in time to form a smooth alignment and avoid local concave and convex. The top surface of the high-speed waveform guardrail should be coordinated with the vertical curve of the road.
