Introduction of structural stability of steel structure workshop

In the installation process of steel structure workshop, each independent frame part should form a stable structure as soon as possible. Through the above method, the other parts can be successively installed, so that the whole plant first has a stable frame structure interval, so that the cumulative error generated during the installation of the whole plant can be dispersed to each part, but also to avoid the influence of natural conditions, so that the steel components have been installed deformation or fall off or even overturned. When installing steel columns and beams between other racks, they should also be measured and corrected independently, and the racks beside them should not be used as benchmarks. In the whole installation process of the main structure, after the local frame structure is installed and corrected, the high strength bolt should be finally screwed, and the final torque value must meet the specification requirements, and the inspectors should sample, measure and record.

All temporary bolt holes that need to be welded on site shall be designed as long holes to facilitate installation and adjustment and to ensure overall installation accuracy. The single side connecting holes of purlin equal order members should also be designed as long shaped holes, of course, the relevant gaskets should be increased accordingly. Special attention should be paid to that, because the purlin installation is high altitude work, the wall is thin, if the deviation of the installation hole and cutting and spraying at high altitude, it will indeed bring a lot of inconvenience, is also dangerous, and has an impact on the appearance. Therefore, it may be more reasonable to design the joint holes of purLIN ends and steel beams and columns to be elongated, or at least to be elongated on one side.

In the installation of roof steel frame system, sometimes roof support and roof purlin installation often conflict. If the roof support is installed first, the roof purlin can not be lifted; If the roof purlin is installed first, the roof support is not easy to lift. Our usual practice is to first hang the roof purlin in batches on the roof beam fixed, the same span of purlin can be divided into 4 or 5 batches, stacked must be fixed. It is important to have the crane boom protruding from the gap between the purlins, the roof supports being lifted and fixed, and then the roof purlins being spread. Considering that the installation of the enclosure and the main structure is often not the same construction unit, it must be a unified command and coordination by an experienced manager. By doing so, we can not only avoid the mutual interference between construction units, but also improve the safety of the high-altitude operation process. In the above installation process, it should be reminded that if there is a crane beam system in the workshop, and the space distance between the crane beam and the roof is not enough to use the boom of the crane, the crane beam should be installed before installing the roof support; If the crane beam is far from the roof space, it can be installed later. In general, it is best to lift the crane beam as early as possible, which is beneficial to the stability of the whole frame.
