Steel structure cutting is for the steel structure to be cut, generally refers to the mixed combustion of industrial gas and oxygen and reach the cutting temperature, the steel structure of melting, blowing slag and segmentation process. Steel structure is suitable for truss or grid structure, multi-storey or high-rise beam, column, frame structure and other industrial and civil buildings and general structures of steel structure engineering.

At present, the technology used is flame cutting, water cutting, plasma cutting, CNC cutting and so on. Commonly used is flame cutting, it has the characteristics of low cost, simple operation, mature technology, widely used, is currently widely used in the industry cutting technology, flame cutting refers to the use of industrial natural gas and oxygen mixed combustion flame will be cut metal heating to the solution point of steel, and then release the high-pressure oxygen airflow, The process of further intense oxidation of the metal and of blowing off the slag resulting from combustion to form a notch.

Oxygen cutting or gas cutting is produced by oxygen and fuel combustion of high temperature to melt steel, and by jet pressure will be blown away slag, resulting in slit, to achieve the purpose of cutting steel structure. But the melting point is higher than the flame temperature or difficult to oxidize the material, it is not suitable to use gas cutting. The flame temperature of oxygen and various fuels is between 2000 and 3200℃. Gas cutting can cut all kinds of steel thickness, flexible equipment, economic cost, cutting precision is also high, is currently widely used cutting method. According to the classification of cutting equipment, gas cutting can be divided into mechanical gas cutting, semi-automatic gas cutting, imitation gas cutting, multi-head gas cutting, NUMERICAL control gas cutting and photoelectric tracking gas cutting. Plasma cutting is suitable for stainless steel, aluminum, copper and their alloys, etc., widely used in some technologies. It has the characteristics of high cutting temperature, large scouring force, good cutting edge quality, small deformation and can cut any metal with high melting point.

Gas cutting is a new technique developed in recent years, with low carbon environmental protection, security and stability, the advantages of low cost, rich source, is the country to vigorously promote the technology, with the prospect of wide spread, with oxygen combustion flame temperature than ordinary gas acetylene oxygen combustion flame temperature, additive and gas temperature fuel must be added the complexation reaction, The cutting temperature required by natural gas cutting can be achieved only after cui, activation and heat gathering.

Usually when we are cutting the steel structure, we can also choose the way of cutting according to the overall use of the steel structure, and do a good job of the overall treatment.
