Brief introduction of H - section steel structure splicing technology

H - section steel structure is usually flat mounted on the birthgear. Assembly requirements of steel components:

(1) Assembly shall be carried out in the order of assembly according to the process method. When there is a hidden weld, it must be welded first, and only after inspection can it be covered. When the complex parts are not easy to weld, they must be assembled and welded respectively according to the process sequence. It is strictly forbidden to assemble and force pair out of sequence.

(2) In order to reduce the deformation of large assembly welding, generally, small parts should be welded first, and then large parts should be assembled after correction. The tooling and the first finished product must be strictly inspected before mass assembly.

(3) Before assembly, the rust, burr, oil and moisture within the range of 30-50mm on each side of the connecting surface and weld must be removed, and the metallic luster should be exposed.

(4) According to the actual situation of the metal structure, select or make corresponding assembly tools (such as assembly platform, iron bench, tire frame, etc.) and work (clamp) tools, such as simple manual lever fixture, bolt jack, bolt tensioner, wedge correction fixture and lead rod clamp, etc. During operation, avoid welding temporary fixed parts and support parts on the structure. When the jig and lifting lug must be welded and fixed on the component, the material and welding material should be the same as the component, after use to remove, shall not be used to hammer strong blow, the application of gas cutting to remove. The residual traces should be polished and trimmed.

(5) In addition to process requirements, all bolt holes and rivet holes on the outer plate stack shall be checked by gauge, and the passing rate shall meet the following provisions:

With 1.0mm smaller than the diameter of the hole, the need to pass through 85% of the number of holes in each group; The gauge inspection of 0.2-0.3mm larger than the nominal diameter of the bolt should be all passed; If the gauge cannot pass through the hole, it should be approved by the construction drawing unit before redrilling or redrilling after repair welding. The hole size after reaming shall not be larger than the original design hole size. The welding repair process plan shall be developed and approved. The welding rod corresponding to the strength of the base metal shall be used for repair welding, and the steel block shall not be filled. After treatment, records shall be made.
